Theme Customisation means modifying the appearance or functionality of the theme beyond what the theme options provide or the demo shows. Any ticket relating to a customisation will be politely marked as customization and it will be closed.

If your ticket relates to a 3rd party plugin that the theme didn't explicitly recommend to install you must contact the plugin author. For any plugin included in the theme, you should look at first to the related documentation of the plugin.


Before posting a ticket, please update the theme and all plugins bundled with it. Please, check if you are running the last version of Wordpress. Most of time, updating the theme and plugins will solve your problem.

Please Note: Before updating Wordpress, you must check, on ThemeForest, if the theme is ready for this version of Wordpress.
